Pre-purchase and New construction inspections typically take between 45 -60 minutes depending on the property size.

We typically require 48 hours notice however this varies depending on the current workload. Urgent inspections can be arranged at short notice upon request.

The report will be forwarded via email in PDF format within 24 hours of the inspection and upon receipt of payment.

Clients are encouraged to attend the inspection, as it can provide valuable insights into the condition of the property. However, we do require consent from the real estate agent or builder before allowing clients to be present during the inspection. If you would like to attend, please inform us in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements. Your presence during the inspection can help you better understand the findings in the report and ask any questions you may have.

We provide convenient payment options for our services, including electronic funds transfer. Prior to the inspection, an invoice will be emailed to you with the company’s bank account details. Simply make the payment and send us a copy of the receipt via email to proceed with releasing the report. If you have any questions or concerns about the payment process, feel free to contact us and we will be happy to assist you.
